Last updated: June 23, 2026.
Overview
This policy explains how Plug AI Agents uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on our marketing site and web application.
Essential (always on)
Authentication tokens in localStorage to keep you signed in to the dashboard.
Security and session data required to operate the API and protect your account.
Cookie consent preference itself is stored in localStorage.
Per-user theme preference (light/dark) for the dashboard.
Session flag when you navigate from the app to the public marketing site.
Functional (optional)
Referral code from ?ref= links until registration completes.
Analytics (optional)
Google Analytics when you choose Accept all — page views, feature usage, and conversion events. Google may set first-party cookies when analytics is enabled.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Third-party services
Google Sign-In may set cookies when you authenticate with Google.
Our marketing chat widget loads scripts from our API host; voice preview may load LiveKit SDK on demand.
Stripe Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe when you manage subscriptions.
Managing preferences
On first visit we show a consent banner. Essential only disables functional and analytics storage.
Reopen Cookie settings from the website footer to change your choice.
Clearing site data in your browser signs you out and resets preferences.
