Refund Policy

Free tiers do not incur charges. No refund applies.

Paid plans are billed in advance. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months unless required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a material service outage attributable to us, contact hi@plugaiagents.com within 14 days of the charge with your workspace email and invoice details.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe.

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Accounts with abusive chargebacks may be suspended.
