Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, workspace settings, and billing status.

Usage data: agent configurations, conversation metadata, feature usage, security logs, and product analytics when you consent.

Content you provide: knowledge sources, prompts, channel configuration, and integration credentials (stored encrypted).

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar data in server logs for security and reliability.

Contract: processing needed to provide the service you signed up for.

Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, product improvement, and support — balanced against your rights.

Consent: optional analytics (Google Analytics) and non-essential preferences where required.

Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and compliance where applicable.

Authenticate users, operate agents, deliver notifications, process payments, provide support, and maintain platform security.

Improve reliability and product experience using aggregated analytics when you have opted in.

We do not sell personal information.

We use trusted providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, email (Resend), payments (Stripe), identity (Google), LLM providers you configure, analytics (Google Analytics, when consented), and voice infrastructure where enabled.

Enterprise customers may request a current subprocessor list or DPA by contacting hi@plugaiagents.com.

We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, billing, and security purposes.

You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required by law.

Integration secrets are encrypted at rest. Production access is restricted and logged. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

Contact hi@plugaiagents.com to exercise these rights. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
