These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Plug AI Agents, operated by Zaibatsu Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Plug AI Agents is a software platform to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across channels including web chat, messaging, email, and voice.

Features, usage limits, and channel availability depend on your subscription plan and entitlements.

We may update the service from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.

Team members you invite must comply with these Terms. You are responsible for configuring agents, knowledge sources, and integrations appropriately.

Notify us promptly at hi@plugaiagents.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, send spam or unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, or deploy agents that generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use in customer-facing or production workflows.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, pose security risk, or harm the platform or other users.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You must implement human oversight and escalation where required by your industry or jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe according to the plan you select.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We retain all rights in the platform, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in content you upload and configure.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process personal data. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

Disputes should first be raised with us at hi@plugaiagents.com. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
